A few years ago, we were fortunate to be among the incubatees at Creatis, our favorite cultural incubator, which allowed us to make giant strides in business development and entrepreneurial mindset. Today, we have the opportunity to work with them again, but from the other side: through the Source program, we now support entrepreneurs in formalizing their ideas and taking action, or even scaling up if they have already launched. On the agenda: workshops on mindset and pitching, the BMC (aka Business Model Canvas), personas and competitors, and the ‘why’—of course, all themes are addressed and explored in depth.
It is an honor and a great pleasure to be able to pass on what we have learned and share our experiences of successes and missteps.
