Solidarity
Workshop
Studio

Our mission is to bring art to those who do not have the opportunity to access it and to make it a transformative experience together and for all through the collaboration of mediators, artists, and businesses.

We are a solidarity project studio. We design and produce artistic workshops that enable people from vastly different backgrounds to meet.
Our workshops are designed with a dual objective: to address specific needs identified by advocacy organizations, while involving partner businesses to support their social engagement policies.
These experiences transform the self-image of both employee participants and individuals experiencing severe hardship, as well as their social and professional stance.

OUR LATEST SOLIDARITY WORKSHOPS

We have over a dozen Solidarity Workshops in our catalog, including our signature programs: “Faites le Mur” where employees and individuals experiencing hardship come together to create a mural, and “L’Art en Boîte,” which offers activities that develop motor skills for children housed in social hotels. We also create custom Workshops that reconcile the needs of grassroots organizations with the constraints and aspirations of businesses engaging their teams.

METHODOLOGY

Our cultural mediation consists of creating meaning: all works, however diverse they may be, must be accessible and understandable to everyone.

However, for this encounter to truly take place, to evoke emotions and produce meaning, it is necessary to educate the eye and create bridges between the work and the viewer.
